The primary mission of Sage Advice Consulting, LLC is to provide effective supervision to LSW's in order to empower social workers to be the best possible advocates, representatives, care providers, clinicians and guides as possible.  The purpose of clinical supervision is to provide the supervisee with the recommendations, feedback, instruction and guidance to further their education, and to increase their clinical social work skills.

Tana utilizes both the systems approach, and the strengths approach towards supervision.  The systems approach is a problem-solving approach to social work that looks as the problem as a part of a larger system.  We are all parts of a greater whole in all aspects of our lives.  And, each one of us has an affect on one another, as well as on the whole of the system.  In order to address an issue, it is important to understand how the issue is affected by the system as a whole.  

​The strengths approaches utilizes the strengths of the supervised in order to most effectively interface with, and provide the best help possible to their clients, patients, residents, etc.
